My home is a stones throw away from The Newlyn School of Art. From April there will be a room available to rent for any students visiting the school. I am busily preparing it and will be posting pictures very shortly. It is a bright room with a double bed, separate private toilet and hand-basin. The room has sea views of the Newlyn harbour and beyond. It would suite one person who would like some privacy within a quiet artistic home. There is also a shared conservatory with stunning sea views, and use of a walk in shower room. In the warmer months there is also a lovely terrace facing the sea.
The cost will be £50 per night for one person with continental breakfast.
